What Will You Do When Content Is Free?

It already is, except that most people don't know it yet. All of the information--and at least some of the interaction--available in traditional bricks-and-mortar academic programs is now available online for free. It may not be all in one place--yet--but content delivery is rapidly fading as a differentiator or value-added aspect of school. The only question that remains is what your independent or international school does that is value added, because no value-added equals death in the emerging education marketplace.
