Strategies to Emmulate

Following yesterday's post mentioning Apple, see this item from Fast Company.  Much that is interesting here, but the main take-away, I think, is to know what you are really selling. Sure, Apple sells technology tools, but the pitch can't just be about that or commodification is close at hand.  We aren't just selling education, but ________________________.  That's your assignment: fill in the blank.
