What 2022 has in Common with 1922

A recent piece by Russell Pearlman in Korn Ferry’s Briefings plots the similarity between our present moment (pandemic more or less receding and war in Europe underway) and the early 20th Century. Pearlman’s point is both cautionary—what followed was the Great Depression and World War II—and hopeful—assuming leaders can be more agile, aware, and purposeful. Good counsel for the likely perilous road ahead.
