Legends in Their Own Minds

Graphic proof  of the disconnect between what students think of themselves and what their future employers think is in this graphic from a Hart Research Associates study on behalf of the Association of American Colleges & Universities (as reported in the Washington Post):The wide deficit in problem solving, decision making, and the ability to prioritize tasks is especially troubling given how central these skills are to contemporary life. Even more troubling is the perception gap, indicated a serious lack of accurate self-appraisal.
